History
In GEMTEX we build on our forty-year experience in the textile production. We specialise in the production of lingerie and knitted clothing. We have built a top plant equipped with the latest technology and high effectivity.
Goal
Our target group is demanding skin of our customers. That is why we permanently work on having our products, starting with casual clothing through pyjamas, nightgowns, underpants, functional outerwear, briefs for men, boxers, briefs for women, chests, tank tops, T-shirts, bodysuits, and thermal underwear, that is everything that touches us comfortable, nice and durable.
Production
We are quick, reliable, and fashionable. Our weekly scheduling results in our clients receiving their orders on time.
We produce the most famous world brands. We cooperate with important producers in the textile sector.
Technology
Thanks to the modern machine fleet and of course skills of our sewers we are able to produce 13 000 pieces on a daily basis. We also achieved this with 85% productivity and especially with the exact method of work.
Thanks to its processing, our products meet the highest aesthetical, fashion, and functional criteria having their place in the European market.
Openness
We are open to any kind of cooperation starting from hired labour to complex provision of production/models, ancillary material to final product packing.
Machinery: we use machines make Juki and Yamato.
